Key responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities and household tasks.
• Support community access, appointments, shopping and social participation.
• Follow participants’ care plans, service agreements and risk-management strategies.
• Complete progress notes, incident reports and other required documentation.
• Administer medication where trained and authorised.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect participants’ privacy and dignity.
• Work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, families and communities.

Essential requirements

• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Confidence and experience driving long distances.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Ochre Card or willingness to obtain one.
• National Police Clearance.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work independently in remote locations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay: From $76,515.00 per year

• Work Location: Remote
