URGENTLY HIRING SUPPORT WORKERS — IMMEDIATE START!

Life Skill Adventure and Support Services is urgently seeking passionate and dependable support workers to join our team across the Moreton Bay region, with opportunities available for an immediate start.

Experience and qualifications are valuable—but they aren’t everything. We are especially interested in people who have the right attitude, a genuine passion for supporting others and a willingness to learn.

We’re looking for people who:

• Genuinely care about supporting people with disability
• Want to help participants build independence and achieve their goals
• Treat every person with dignity, respect and kindness
• Are reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Can build meaningful, professional relationships
• Have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Can communicate clearly and complete required documentation

Previous disability support experience is welcomed, but it is not essential for the right person. Training and guidance can be provided to help suitable applicants develop the practical skills required for the role.Applicants must hold, or be able to promptly obtain, the relevant worker screening, checks and mandatory requirements.

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
