Right now, we’re looking for a Disability Support Worker to work with a vibrant client living with cerebral palsy in Heidelberg West, VIC. If you’re someone who brings patience, creativity, and a warm personality, this could be your chance to make a meaningful difference every single day.

QUALIFICATIONS (HIGHLY VALUED)

• Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

• Providing high-quality, respectful support tailored to the needs of a client with cerebral palsy
• Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and mobility support
• Encouraging independence and building confidence through community participation
• Following an individualised support plan to meet physical, emotional, and social needs
• Bringing patience, empathy, and a sense of fun to each shift
