About the Role We’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our supportive team in Kellyville. In this role, you’ll assist a group of clients with intellectual disabilities who live together in a shared home. They enjoy engaging in creative and sensory activities, cooking, spending time with loved ones and getting out into the community. You’ll be a key part of helping them achieve greater independence and joy in their daily lives. Key responsibilities include: Deliver active support aligned with each client’s goals and support plans Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing) Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans Facilitate community access and transport using Unisson vehicles or public transport Build trusted relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records Work collaboratively within a close-knit team Respond appropriately to incidents in line with Unisson and NDIS guidelines Roster Week 1 Monday -No Shift Tuesday - 6.00AM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Wednesday -No Shift Thursday - 3.00PM - 8.00PM - 5 Hours Friday - 3.00PM - 8.00PM - 5 Hours Saturday - 6.00PM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Sunday -No Shift Total Hours week 1 - 18 Week 2 Monday - 6.00AM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Tuesday - 6.00AM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Wednesday - 6.00AM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Thursday - 6.00AM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Friday - 6.00AM to 10.00AM - 4 Hours Saturday - No Shift Sunday -7AM - 11AM - 4 Hours Total Hours week 2 - 24 Who We’re Looking For Willing to work active night & sleepover shifts, weekends, and public holidays Hold a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient Experienced in disability support (preferred) Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable) Why Join Us?
