About the Role We’re seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our supportive team in Kellyville. In this role, you’ll assist a group of clients with intellectual disabilities who live together in a shared home. They enjoy engaging in creative and sensory activities, cooking, spending time with loved ones and getting out into the community. You’ll be a key part of helping them achieve greater independence and joy in their daily lives. Key responsibilities include: Deliver active support aligned with each client’s goals and support plans Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing) Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans Facilitate community access and transport using Unisson vehicles or public transport Build trusted relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records Work collaboratively within a close-knit team Respond appropriately to incidents in line with Unisson and NDIS guidelines Roster Week 1 Monday - 6.00AM - 10.00AM - 4 Hours Tuesday - 6.00AM - 10.00AM - 4 Hours Wednesday - 2.00pm to 8.00PM 6 Hours Thursday - 6.00pm to 8.00AM (6 Hours Sleepover) Friday - NO SHIFT Saturday -9.30AM to 13.30PM 4 Hours Sunday -No SHIFTt Total Hours week 1 - 24 Week 2 Monday - 6.00AM - 10.00AM - 4 Hours Tuesday - 6.00AM - 10.00AM - 4 Hours Wednesday -No Shift Thursday - 6.00AM - 10.00AM - 4 Hours Friday -8AM to 9AM - 1 Hour Friday - 9am to 14.00 PM - 5 Hours Saturday -NO SHIFT Sunday -2PM to 8PM - 6 Hours Total Hours week 2 - 24 Who We’re Looking For Willing to work active night & sleepover shifts, weekends, and public holidays Hold a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient Experienced in disability support (preferred) Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable) Why Join Us?
