We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing personalized support to participants in the community—helping them build independence, access social activities, and achieve their personal goals.
You’ll assist a child (4 hours / day) 4-5 times a day (10 hours a day during school holidays) — supporting their independence, access to community, and personal development.

• Support with daily tasks, community access, and recreational activities
• Promote healthy habits

About You:

• Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
• Experienced in disability or community care
• Flexible and available multiple days per week
• Driver’s licence and car insurance

Required:

• First Aid Certification
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Screening Check
• National Police Check
• Australian work rights

Job Types: Casual, Contract
Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 4 hours / day - 4-5 times per week
• 10 hours a day during school holiday
