FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER – MENTAL HEALTH & COMPLEX BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT (RANDWICK, NSW)

Casual | Immediate Start | Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Female Support Worker to support a participant in Randwick, Sydney, living with complex mental health needs, including psychosis, anxiety, and behavioural challenges. This is a hands-on, one-on-one role requiring strong clinical insight, patience, and emotional resilience.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR (current)
• Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Mental Health or Community Services qualification (or significant equivalent experience)
• Strong availability across weekdays and/or weekends

• Provide tailored daily support to a female participant with significant mental health needs
• Support with emotional regulation, behavioural management, and routine structure
• Encourage community engagement, independence, and healthy coping strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with the broader care team and clinical supports
