Whether it’s helping with personal care, domestic duties, or social engagement, your compassionate and professional approach will be essential in enabling our participants to live independently and with dignity.

• Providing personalised support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Assisting with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, and light gardening
• Accompanying participants to appointments, social activities, and community outings
• Monitoring participant well-being and reporting any changes or concerns to the team
• Actively engaging participants in meaningful activities to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Adhering to all Olacare policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
