Female Disability Support Worker Wanted – Community Access

Location: Inala, QLD Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 4 hours per day with additional hours available depending on participant needs

We are seeking a reliable, caring and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide community access support to a female NDIS participant in Inala and surrounding areas.

The role primarily involves community access, school drop-off and pick-up, transport and other community-based activities.

Working Hours

• Morning: Approximately 2 hours
• Afternoon: Approximately 2 hours
• Monday to Friday
• Some days may involve more than 4 hours, depending on the participant’s needs, appointments and community activities

Essential Requirements

• Female Disability Support Worker
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Ageing), Certificate III in Disability/Aged Care, or another relevant qualification
• Previous experience working in disability support or aged care
• Valid Australian Driver Licence
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card – QLD)
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Must be available for both morning and afternoon shifts Monday to Friday
