We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide support to a female participant in Blacktown area.

About the role:

• Community access
• Assistance with daily activities
• Supporting independence and social participation

Essential requirements:

• ABN
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• WWCC
• First Aid & CPR
• Police Check
• Driver’s Licence
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
• Relevant qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support
• Infection Control certificate

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
• Previous disability support experience preferred
