What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence
  • Registered & Roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certification must be current within 12 months
  • Current Police Check (Less than 12months)
  • NDIS Orientation Module
  • NDIS New Worker Induction Module
  • NDIS Supporting effective communication
  • NDIS Supporting safe and enjoyable meals

Highly Regarded:

  • Certificate III or experience in disability and/or aged care supports

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred support that promotes independence
  • Use a strengths-based approach to skill development
  • Support community access and participation
  • Assist with daily living and domestic activities
  • Follow care plans and NDIS goals
  • Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and professional relationships
  • Encourage independence, choice, and control
  • Provide respectful, dedicated, and positive support
  • Apply a problem-solving mindset to support mental well-being
  • Must be available to work weekend and sleepover shifts
