DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER – PRECIOUS COMMUNITY CARE SUPPORT (ROCKINGHAM, WA)

Precious Community Care Support is a dedicated NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Perth.

REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working With Children Check ( Not required atmosphere but will need later)
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
Valid driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance
Rights to work in Australia
COVID-19 vaccination (with booster)
Highly regarded (but not essential): Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) or equivalent, plus prior disability or aged care experience.

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and assistance to participants so they can live safely and independently in their homes and engage in their communities. This includes:
Assisting with daily living activities
Supporting community participation and social engagement
Encouraging life skills and independence
Maintaining accurate shift notes and records
