We are looking for people who are available for weekday daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm.

Depending on the client you support, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and mobility assistance
• Supporting daily routines and activities
• Disability and complex care support
• Social support and companionship
• Community access
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Emotional support
• Supporting clients to maintain relationships and achieve their personal goals
• Following individual care plans and support strategies

What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from people who have:

• Experience in disability support, home care or community care
• A relevant qualification in Disability Support, Individual Support, Nursing or a related field
• A genuine passion for person-centred care
• Confidence supporting clients with a range of care needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Availability for weekday daytime shifts between 8am and 4pm
• Ability to travel to Birchgrove, Paddington and surrounding suburbs
• Reliability, professionalism and a caring attitude
