What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex behaviours and Restrictive Practices
  • Build genuine relationships and rapport with clients, their families, and support networks
  • Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and light domestic duties
  • Support community participation and help participants achieve their NDIS plan goals
  • Implement Behaviour Support Plans with a calm, consistent, and professional approach
  • Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and documentation in line with NDIS requirements
  • Work across a variety of shift types including sleepovers, active awake nights, community access, and in-home support


About You

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (or working towards)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and knowledge of Restrictive Practices
  • Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
  • A natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care
  • Own or have regular access to a vehicle for travel between shifts
  • Eligible to work in Australia


Mandatory Requirements

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Current Working With Children (WWC) Check
  • Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
