URGENT!!!! - EXPERIENCED DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER IN CAMPBELTOWN ( THURSDAY 9AM-1PM ONGOING)

Reflection Care is urgently seeking experienced disability Support Workers to provide individualized supports to one of our female participants in Campbeltown.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability, Community or Ageing suppor) or Equivalent
• NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
• WWCC (if willing to work with children)
• AFP Police Check
• CPR and First Aid Certificate
• Driving License and Access to own car with comprehensive insurance
• Proof of Vaccinations (preferred)
• Working rights

We are seeking motivated and passionate support worker (female as preferred by the participant) who is committed to providing high quality and person-centered care to make genuine difference in people’s lives. As a part of Reflection Care team, you will be comprehensively trained, supported, and expertly guided by our management and a clinical practice lead.
Our Support Worker position is to support, guide and inspire people with Complex care needs, Intellectual disabilities / Mental health to promote quality of living that include support with work, meaningful community engagements, education, relationships, and independent living skills.
