$34.44 – $57.32 per hour

About the role

Regal Support services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team for Casual/ Part time/ Permanent roles. Participants are based the Logan and Brisbane Area.

You'll be supporting participants across a range of services, including in home care, SIL homes and community access; Experience supporting participants with mental health challenges will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation
• Support participants with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance
• Work independently to promote independence and as part of a team
• Maintain reliability, accurate documentation and commitment to high-quality care

About you

• 6 months experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Driver Licence + reliable vehicle + Comprehensive insurance
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Blue Card + NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Police Check
• Full working rights
