• Able to manage client’s routine to enable minimise behaviours of concern
• Able to communicate, understand, and stick to client regimine and advocate the same
• Able to provide space when needed but monitor, document, and report as needed
• Need exceptional documentation skills and incident reporting skills needed.
• Able to mentor and induct - new oncoming staff
