Position Details * Position Title: Disability Support Worker * Employment type: Casual * Work location: Scope Warragul Social Connections * Availability to work between the hours of 9am to 3pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday About You * Ability to support participants with daily living activities while ensuring safe and confident engagement within the community. * A collaborative team member who contributes to Scope’s Day Program by supporting access, inclusion, and participation for adults with disabilities. * Experience supporting clients to achieve their personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person‑centred approach, including activities such as sports and games, art and crafts, and community outings. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and external service providers.
