We are seeking compassionate and resilient Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide daily living assistance, personal care, and community access.
  • Support participants with complex behaviours and mental health challenges using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
  • Implement Behaviour Support Plans and de-escalation strategies.
  • Encourage independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with families, health professionals, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold NDIS Practice Standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or related qualification/experience).
  • Current First Aid & CPR.
  • Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviours and mental health conditions (preferred)
