We are seeking compassionate and resilient Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide daily living assistance, personal care, and community access.
- Support participants with complex behaviours and mental health challenges using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches.
- Implement Behaviour Support Plans and de-escalation strategies.
- Encourage independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with families, health professionals, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold NDIS Practice Standards.

- Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and evenings.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or related qualification/experience).
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle.
- Experience working with challenging behaviours and mental health conditions (preferred)
