Soulmate Care are seeking an experienced Support Worker to service greater Harvey Bay.
We are looking for staff who are passionate and genuine about helping others and providing high quality support to our participants to improve their wellbeing and reach their full potential to live their best life.
As a Support Worker you will be required to conduct tasks such as personal care, social and community access and assisting with their daily activities. You will ensure that everything you do is focused on achieving the participants goals.
