Sub Contractor ENGLISH speaking Support Worker Wanted!
Are you enthusiastic about making a positive impact in someone’s life? Our small business is seeking a dedicated a Support Worker to join our team!
Role: Subcontractor Support Worker
Hours: Minimum 8 hours per week, 2 - 3 hours Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday 1 x staff member or we fill with 2 staff members for a minimum 4 hours per week
Time: After school pick up and activity prior to delivery home
Location: Rydlemere
Client: 16 year old boy, with Autism, minimal speech. He loves going to the gym, pools, spa.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalised support and companionship
- Interaction with his Mother
- Engage in recreational activities and transport to appointments for the client
- Help maintain a supportive environment

Requirements:
- English speaking support worker
- Experience working with children
- Reliable and punctual
- Interest in outdoor activities
- Compassionate and patient
- Police check
