ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Current First Aid
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will support clients with a range of physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

  • Arabic speaking.
  • Previous experience in disability.
  • Comfortable working with male participants.
  • Ability to work in in-home care settings.
  • Trained or familiar with hoist use and manual handling.
  • Female support worker

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
  • Support clients with community access and social activities
  • Assist with transportation to appointments or outings
  • Promote independence and skill-building through active support
  • Follow individual support plans and company policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report any concerns to supervisors
