SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Certificate IV in Disability and relevant experience in the Disability Sector
  • Experience working with behaviour support – preferred
  • A passion for providing person-centred, active support services.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team and promote a cooperative the team spirit
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children’s Check for employment.

Responsibilities

We have a vacancy at our Taylors Lakes SDA for an experienced, dedicated Disability Support Worker to provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Our team is committed to empowering our clients through your Person-Centred Active Support practice, you’ll empower them to achieve their goals, helping them to live the life of their choosing
This Part time Position working a range of shifts, morning shift 6.30 – 9.30am afternoon shift 2.30 pm – 10.00pm weekdays only required. The roster line will be provided to shortlisted candidates
