• Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability
• Assist individuals to undertake a range of activities of daily living, including personal and self care when required
• Work effectively with people who have high physical needs and/or behaviours of concern
• Be able to understand and action specific requirements listed in behaviour support plans as required
• Maintain shift notes, documentation and required records
• Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities
• Support people within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements.
