We are currently recruiting experienced and caring Part-Time Permanent Disability Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in participants’ homes and the wider community. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent hours and long-term employment while contributing positively to people’s lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and community participation. You will work under an individualized care plan and within a collaborative team environment to help clients maintain independence and achieve their personal goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with household duties such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Support participants in accessing the community (appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities)
• Promote independence and individual choice in daily activities
• Work regular part-time hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as per a set roster
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and follow NDIS requirements
