We are currently seeking a full-time Support Coordinator to join our passionate team, based in Greater Melbourne & Western Suburbs (servicing all suburbs including Werribee, Watergardens, St Albans, Noble Park, and Sunbury). This role offers a hybrid working model, combining work from home with community-based visits.

This role also offers the opportunity to grow into Management positions for suitable candidates, with salary negotiable based on experience and capability.

An exciting opportunity has become available for suitable candidates to provide individualized care and support to participants in their houses and meet their goals.

AS A DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Providing personal care such as showering, dressing and grooming to Participants
• Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking, household cleaning and laundry.
• Provide social and transportation support, including driving Participants to medical appointments and assisting with grocery shopping.
• Candidate must be able to work varied shifts, seven days per week, with varying shift hours. Flexible roster.
