ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist a female participant located in Burpengary, QLD 4505. The participant sustained a spinal cord injury as a result of a motor vehicle accident and also has a pre-existing medical diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
Support is required seven days a week, with shifts scheduled in the mornings (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and evenings (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM). The role is available for an immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal care and hygiene support
• Medication management
• Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use
• Complex bowel and catheter management
• Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities
