ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a male participant located in Mango Hill, QLD 4509. The participant has muscular dystrophy along side risks to his condition.
The participant requires support Monday through to Sunday, in the morning (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and evening (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and is available for immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal care and hygiene support
• Medication management
• Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use
• Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities
