As a Support Worker with WE Thrive, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients through services such as:

  • Personal care and assistance
  • Meal preparation and light cooking
  • Domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, and general tidying
  • Social and community access to help clients stay engaged and connected

Flexible shifts are available throughout the day to suit a variety of lifestyles - perfect for those balancing family commitments or other part-time work.

What You’ll Need to Get Started:

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Modules
  • National Police Check

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Aged Care
  • Prior experience in the disability or aged care sector
