About the Position

We are currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers interested in morning, afternoon, sleepover, and active night shifts, with a genuine passion for improving the day-to-day lives of the people in our care.

About You

You are:

Flexible, patient, organised, reliable, and punctual

Able to remain calm and act with integrity during stressful situations

Passionate about supporting people living with disabilities

Able to follow policies and procedures effectively

Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week

Willing to travel to different locations across the Central Coast
