Our clients enjoy being active and are best supported by workers who possess a naturally calm and mature demeanour, have a high level of physical fitness, and are experienced in supporting people with complex behaviours, medication needs, and mental health challenges. You will also be responsible for completing mandatory reporting and administrative duties.
Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster, including sleepover shifts.
