About the Role:


As a Disability Support Worker with Healthii People, you will work closely with NDIS participants in their homes, SIL homes and communities, supporting them to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in life.





Your role will include:


  • Daily living and personal care
  • Medication assistance
  • Bowel care, stoma care, PEG feeding, catheter support
  • Transport to appointments, shopping & social activities
  • Supporting clients to achieve NDIS goals and build independence



Every shift you work creates real, meaningful change.





Who We’re Looking For?



  • Minimum 12 months experience supporting people with disability (complex behaviours or high physical supports)
  • Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
  • Understand mental health, Autism, ABI, trauma, or intellectual disabilities
  • Are trained in restrictive practices, PBS, or trauma-informed support
  • Communicate clearly and remain calm under pressure
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence and have reliable transport
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment
  • National Police Check (obtained within the last 3 months or willing to apply)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Smart phone with internet access
