Lutheran Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our Community Services team. In this rewarding role, you will provide meaningful support to individuals with disabilities, within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) residence. Your work will assist to empower people to build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy a fulfilling quality of life.

ABOUT US:

Part of Lutheran Services the Keystone Centre offers support programs for people living with a disability. We offer a range support services to help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. Our services include Supported Independent Living, Community Access programs, a centre-based day service, and specific skills training. With a mix of education, goal-oriented self-development programs and life skills lesson we help our clients and their families imagine the possibilities and then achieve them.

• Provide day-to-day support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Encourage and support residents to develop life skills and routines that promote independence.
• Build respectful, positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with individual support plans and NDIS standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and escalate any risks or concerns.
