Plexos Group, LLC is hiring a detail-oriented and people-friendly Disaster Recovery Program Support Analyst to support private property debris removal efforts in Lincoln County. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or administrative support
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Experience with property data, GIS tools, or disaster recovery preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint, or Asana is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills especially with non-technical audiences
  • Empathy and patience when working with disaster-impacted residents
  • In-office presence required 3–5 days/week
  • Occasional extended hours during peak recovery periods

Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

  • Keep property-level data organized and accurate across multiple systems
  • Create charts and dashboards to track progress and performance
  • Help prepare reports for government audits and compliance reviews

Resident Support

  • Be the friendly voice answering calls and providing updates to residents
  • Explain program steps and timelines in simple, compassionate language
  • Log and follow up on resident questions to ensure timely resolution

Team Coordination

  • Work with county offices to verify property info and eligibility
  • Help contractors and field teams resolve documentation issues
  • Keep communication flowing between all program partners

Office Support

  • Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and document tracking
  • Keep digital and physical files organized and audit-ready
  • Support meetings and team operations with structured admin help
