The KBR Opportunity Based out of our Adelaide office, we are looking for a Discipline Manager to lead our Transport Infrastructure capability in SA. Your role will be to provide visible leadership to the team, creating a cohesive and inclusive environment, where people are valued, developed, and set up to succeed. Working closely alongside our other Discipline Managers and reporting into the Operations Manager for SA, this role will play an instrumental part in our growth and continued success. As the team’s figurehead you will be the go-to person for providing technical guidance and support, Design reviews, resource planning and people management. What you will need to succeed Solid experience working within an engineering design consultancy preferably on major Infrastructure related projects in the Road/Rail/Transport space Ideally you will have a Civil engineering background with experience of leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams. Possess CPEng status You will be an authentic and highly collaborative leader who leads from the front. Responsibilities
Lead the Transport Infrastructure capability in South Australia, providing visible leadership and creating a cohesive and inclusive environment. Collaborate with other Discipline Managers and report to the Operations Manager for SA, focusing on technical guidance, design reviews, resource planning, and people management.
