Disclosure Analyst Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Client Compensation: ₱28,000 - ₱35,000 / month Description Only those with 1+ years of Disclosure Analyst experience will get an interview. We are looking for an experienced Disclosure Analyst to join our growing team. The Disclosure Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company's disclosures are accurate, complete, and compliant with all applicable regulations. This includes reviewing and drafting disclosures, as well as responding to inquiries from regulators and investors. Key Responsibilities Receive and process requests through the proprietary disclosure system; organize queue and track pending disclosure requests to ensure that loan disclosures are issued correctly and in a timely fashion. Analyze and research existing loan terms and compliance reports to resolve issues regarding disclosure and fee requirements Multitask effectively between several software interfaces, including loan origination system and document vendor interface Analyze CIC requests per the parameters of the loan file to determine the viability of requests per compliance rules; update all necessary software applications and issue disclosure packages. Understand and adhere to departmental goals, company policies, and state/federal regulations that relate to loan terms, fees, and disclosures. Troubleshoot a variety of possible problems with loan disclosures. Read, implement, and keep track of updates and changes to workflow, policies, and product changes as they occur. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Prepare, generate, and deliver accurate initial mortgage loan disclosures within TRID guidelines with a primary focus on conventional loan products Analyze escrow data, loan terms, structure, and cash to close to ensure compliance Coordinate receipt of accurate title fee sheets from Settlement Agents Manage requests to disclose updated fees and re-work loans as necessary Ability to analyze documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Ability to analyze and problem-solve to create positive outcomes for all interested parties Ability to prioritize/manage workload and allocate resources Working knowledge of federal lending regulations, CFPB, and TRID requirements for Mortgage disclosures Working knowledge of 1st mortgage products to include pricing requirements Knowledge of Mortgage lending business terminology and process flow Encompass experience is a plus Experience with Final Closing Disclosures is also a plus Benefits Above market salary HMO on Day 1 for principal and two dependents Government-mandated benefits Performance-based Incentives Quarterly Company Events 1,000 PHP De Minimis Equipment and software provided
