The Disclosure Desk Assistant is an entry level position that supports daily fulfillment operations by performing administrative and compliance-related tasks in accordance with ECOA requirements and NOVA Home Loans policies. This role is responsible for retrieving and reviewing valuations, processing adverse action files, running reports, and providing timely customer service through phone and email communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while working both independently and collaboratively with the team. High School Diploma or GED One (1) year administrative experience in an office setting. Must be proficient using computer, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
