אגף הנדל"ן הישראלי מחכה לך! בתפקיד מנהל.ת קשרי לקוחות תקחו אחריות על ניהול הקשר עם לקוחות גדולים בתחום, קיום פגישות וביקורים אצל לקוחות לצורך העמקה ופיתוח עסקים. ניתוח עסקאות נדל"ן מורכבות (מגורים, מסחר, משרדים, לוגיסטיקה). יכולת אנליזה בנדל"ן, הבנה משפטית, תכנונית ועסקית. אחריות על יצירת תוכן בקשת אשראי, איכותה, שלמותה והצגתה בוועדות אשראי. התאמת תנאי העסקה ויכולת ביצוע משא ומתן לניהול תיק אשראי. טיפול בהיבטים המשפטיים בניהול תיק לקוח. Requirements תואר ראשון בכלכלה/ מנהל עסקים/ חשבונאות השכלה כעו"ד/ שמאות- יתרון משמעותי ניסיון בענף הנדל"ן ניסיון בעולמות האשראי
