The Discovery Consumable Sales Specialist (d/f/m) is responsible for active selling and promoting of Cytiva Discovery consumable portfolio directly or indirectly through official Channel Partners.
This position reports to the Discovery Zone Leader (Central Zone) and is part of the Discovery team. The Work will be fully remote and covering Central-East of Germany.

TRAVEL, MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD & PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to travel – around 50% in the region, including overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license

• Achieve sales targets and build a satisfied customer base in the assigned region through relevant expertise and a commitment to continuous learning about the product portfolio
• Consistently strive to establish and expand customer relationships
• Lead sales negotiations and close deals, engaging with all key purchasing influencers such as direct users and decision-makers
• Take full responsibility for the entire sales process—from lead generation to sales and after-sales support
• Promote collaboration with our distributors, including their training and joint customer visits
• Develop an active understanding of customer workflows to generate leads for relevant instruments by combining consumables (in collaboration with hardware specialists and account managers)
