WHAT WE NEED

• Expert-level proficiency in Program and Project Management.
• Strong command of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
• Extensive experience in transformation, project and program management or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Design and implement project and program management strategies that enable large-scale transformation and measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with C-suite leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and introduce best practices that elevate delivery excellence.
• Facilitate seamless communication and integration across global and regional teams to accelerate impact.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, reporting, and governance frameworks that enhance transparency and accountability.
