Description The Dish Associate is responsible for the care, handling, cleaning, and preparation of dishware and related tabletop items used at events. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality, presentation, and inventory integrity of cups, plates, silverware, glassware, and other dish items to ensure they meet Company standards before and after client use. Dish Associates meticulously inspect, clean, sort, and package dish inventory to prevent loss or breakage and to ensure all items are event-ready. They pick and pull dish items according to event orders, verify quantities and product accuracy, and complete quality checks prior to staging or loading. Associates are expected to work efficiently to meet production timelines while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and accuracy. This position requires close attention to detail, accountability for inventory, and the ability to work collaboratively within a warehouse team environment. Dish Associates must follow written instructions, order sheets, and inventory documentation to ensure accurate fulfillment of client orders.
