Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Dish Department. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our dish department by operating an automated dishwashing machine and ensuring all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for use. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and can handle a physically demanding position. Benefits: 401k Safe Harbor with Employer 5% match Employee Referral Bonus Program Potential to go Full Time Potential for overtime Eligible for annual increases based on performance Opportunities for professional growth Under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager this position's responsibilities include: Operate automated dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and trays. Sort and rinse dirty dishes, load/unload dish racks, and restock clean items. Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, including sinks, machines, floors, and garbage containers Assist with general kitchen cleaning and organization as needed. Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other departments. Maintain consistent punctuality and dependability. Counting and pulling orders for delivery. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Prior experience in a dish or kitchen support role is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

The role involves operating automated dishwashing equipment and maintaining cleanliness in the dish area. Additional responsibilities include sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, assisting with general kitchen cleaning, and collaborating with kitchen staff.
