Under the direction of the Production Supervisors and Lead Hand, this position will be responsible for co-ordinating the operation of the Dish Room and its equipment in accordance with all Dairy procedures, safety and health regulations to provide superior work output. This position has a flexible start and shift hours will vary in order to meet the changing requirements of the production schedule.

• Run the various equipment that cleans, washes, sanitizes and dries machine parts, tooling and equipment.
• Fill out appropriate production reports accurately and as required.
• Assist in set up or tear down of machines as required.
• Assist with rolling or packing as required.
• At end of day be responsible for the cleaning up of equipment in preparation for sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Lead Hands and other employees.
• Maintain good communication between all team members.
• Work in an efficient, timely, safe and productive manner at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities including training of others.
• Any other duties as required (laundry etc.).
