Description Position: Dishwasher Division: Hospitality Status: Part Time POSITION SUMMARY: The dishwasher will be responsible for washing dishes with automatic machine during high volume. They must ensure the plates are cleaned, sanitized and restocked for the kitchen use during operating hours. They will also be responsible for cleaning all kitchen utensils at the end of the night to ensure we meet health code requirements. Part time position – must be able to work evenings 4PM to 12AM Tuesday through Saturday when required. Closed Sunday and Monday. REPORTS TO: General Manager SUPERVISES: N/A ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Attention to detail Perform duties in a fast-paced environment Washing pots and pans Putting away all dishes and glasses Performs other related duties as assigned by the Chef or General Manager Regular and timely attendance are an expectation of the position Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes Requirements EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Previous experience is preferred but not required COMPETENCIES: Lifting up to 50 pounds Communication skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Physical Activity: Talking, hearing, repetitive motion, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs. Responsibilities

The dishwasher is responsible for operating dishwashing machines to clean, sanitize, and restock kitchenware during high-volume hours. They also ensure all kitchen utensils are cleaned at the end of the night to meet health code requirements.
