We strive to bring the same level of quality, commitment, and dedication we give to our properties to the Archive Team.     Position: Dishwasher (Part-Time)   The Role at a Glance: We are looking for a dishwasher who provides support to our culinary team throughout our extensive food and beverage operations. Under the direction of our Executive Chef we will support you and give you the opportunity to work with a great team.    Your Day To Day Duties:  * You will ensure that the kitchen stays clean and organized.  * You will set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning machines. You will load and unload dishes from the dish machines, wash all pans and utensils that come into contact with food, and scraping identifiers off everything. * Once dishes are cleaned you will put them on the drying rack and put away dry dishes into cabinets and on shelves. * Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times. * Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management. Responsibilities
The dishwasher will ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized while supporting the culinary team throughout food and beverage operations under the direction of the Executive Chef. Duties include setting up dish stations, operating cleaning machines, washing all food-contact items, and properly storing cleaned dishes.
