Position Summary: The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our team. This is a full-time position that includes nights, weekends and holidays. This position is responsible for a number of kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies. Primary Responsibilities: * Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies. * Sets up the dish and pot washing area. * Prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils. * Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes and utensils. * Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures. * Empties trash containers. Qualifications: * Must be age 16 years or older * Minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent experience * Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment. * Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
