The Providence Oyster Bar located in East Greenwich is hiring a Dishwasher! Duties and Responsibilities * Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash and debris, etc. * Uphold the kitchen cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces. * Adhere to the Health Department standards at all times within all kitchen operations. Immediately, report any concerns with the manager. * Uphold the FIFO (First In, First Out) process to include all products are appropriately dated. * Uphold the refrigerator food storage safety measures to include product placement and temperature logs. * Report inventory and product needs to the manager * Uphold the company's policies and procedures. * All other assigned duties.
