About The Role: Our Dishwashers are responsible for the breakdown, cleaning and storage of cookware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize all cookware, pots, pans, etc. Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times. Assist cooks with products and deliveries. Clean main kitchen cooler on an ongoing basis. Clean and mop floors, including walk-in coolers. Keep inventory of cleaning chemicals, informing General Manager when products are low. Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store. Qualifications Experience in commercial kitchen environments preferred. Must have valid Clark County Health Card Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift. Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Loading and unloading of products. Dishwashers can expect to work a 6-8 hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays. Kitchen environment; wet floors may occur. Comply with the brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies. Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
