Responsibilities Dispose of all food, waste, and trash in accordance with established Health Department regulations Clean kitchen equipment, tables, disposals, dishwasher, sinks and counters. Mops kitchen floor and takes out trash. Requirements Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Responsibilities

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, surfaces, and floors. They must also ensure all food waste and trash are disposed of according to health department regulations.
