Job DetailsJob Location: McCall, ID 83638Position Type: Summer SeasonalJob Category: Food and BeverageJob Summary: The dishwasher and general utility position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of cookware and cooking utensils, using the dish machine and manual cleaning methods. Joining our Back of the House team offers a fast paced, fun and energetic work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and other cooking utensils and place them in dish racks to send through the dish machine Sort and stack clean dishes, transport clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas Washes pots and pans by hand in 3-compartment sink following the correct order of wash, rinse & sanitize Set-up and break-down dishwashing area properly, thoroughly cleaning the dish machine Maintains cleanliness in all areas of front and back of house as needed Other duties might include, but are not limited to prep work, runner, stocking All other duties as assigned QualificationsJob Qualifications: Ability to be organized in a changing environment Must be able to read and fully understand labels on chemicals Good communication and interpersonal skills Other Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50lbs Ability to stand for the duration of 8+hour shift Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Typical schedule is 8AM to 6PM
